Each October, Tufts welcomes thousands of parents and friends to campus for Parents and Family Weekend, a celebration of life on campus. Parents and other guests are welcome to attend the arts festival and myriad lectures and workshops.

Next fall's Parents and Family Weekend is October 4--6. Please check back for updates.

Parents are invited to events hosted by Tufts parents and Tufts Alumni throughout the world. As part of the Tufts family, parents can also come to the many lectures, concerts, and theatre and dance performances on campus.

News

The Parents Program sends newsletters three times a year and e-newsletters monthly. We also keep parents informed of important news happening on campus, from flu vaccine clinics to safety information.

Students and parents can also share good news with their local papers!

A few times a year, the public relations office at Tufts sends certain kinds of good news announcements to undergraduate students' local newspapers. This could include enrollment at Tufts, graduation from Tufts, and certain honors and awards your child may receive in between.

In accordance with federal privacy regulations, we will include your child in these announcements only if she or he gives us permission by logging into the WebCenter and visiting the "Hometown News Release" function to authorize this service. If your child chooses to opt into this system, the newspaper announcements will potentially include her or his name, home city, state, major, degree earned, and the nature of the good news

If you have any questions, please call the public relations office at 617-627-4703.
